I didn't start working on handstands until a few years ago and at first I had NO idea how to balance upside down and had very little endurance. My workouts don’t look much different now than they did pre-Covid-19. Mostly bodyweight with a few pieces of essential equipment (pull-up bars, dip bars, jump ropes, etc.).
