Always good to drill basics. Set three is an oldie but a goodie. Three Forward pressure Yang Pak’s followed by two Pulling Yin Paks. Same Pak Sao also fires a Fak Sao on both sides. Finish with Gum Sao and Jic Kuen simultaneously.
