From Chief Meteorologist Joe Bartosik: Rain and gusty winds return late Thursday. Aside from a few showers, Thursday starts dry with rain and gusty winds becoming more pronounced and widespread by late afternoon. South and southwesterly winds will then increase to 20 to 30 m.p.h. with gusts up to 50 m.p.h. through mid-morning Friday.
