So I’m out here for the day in Saratoga Springs, and these are the five places I’m eating at. My first stop was Sweet Mimi’s Café, where I tried their cannoli cream pancakes. These things get absolutely loaded with cannoli cream, chocolate, and crushed pistachios. They’re really good pancakes that just get elevated with all this stuff on top.
