Sunrise workout I hit up Blackweir suspension bridge this morning that stretches over the river Taff by Pontcanna fields. Another wet morning but lovely and warm. I used to love coming down here as a kid on our BMX’s with my mate Rhodri O’Neil . We used to jump off the end of the the bridge as it was the deepest place, any other part of the the bridge and your knees would be above your head.
