Taking a drive on the Foothills Parkway is one of the most relaxing ways to see the area. This route offers a nice break from the busy traffic you often find near Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The sheer number of overlooks makes it easy to stop and take photos of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
