Co-sleeping or bed sharing is so controversial. But in many cultures outside America people do it on a regular basis without any hesitation or question from anyone else.Co sleep/ bed share can be done safely and there’s so many benefits. It’s one of my favorite part of parenting. We all get better sleep, get extra kisses, snuggles.
