The 20-week ultrasound scan or anatomy scan is performed around 18 to 22 weeks of pregnancy and is SO EXCITING!! You get to really LOOK at your baby and learn the baby’s gender (if you don’t already know it from the blood test). You see in detail the baby’s bones, heart, brain, spinal cord, face, kidneys and abdomen.
