The Michigan Wolverines throttled the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers on Sunday night. They rolled to a 112-64 beatdown in historic fashion at the Crisler Center. They torched the nets from beyond-the-arc and tied the program record for the most made threes in a single-game. Once the smoke had cleared, Dusty May’s squad had drilled 19 shots from beyond-the-arc. Michigan hit 19 of their 40 three-point attempts, shooting 47.5% from deep.

JaQues Evans was a star at Western Kentucky under Tyson Summers and is now expected to join Summers at Colorado State.

After playing only 32 minutes over the entire season, Saniah Tyler was finally given a chance to shine in Kentucky’s non-conference finale against Western Kentucky. On Saturday, the junior played a total of 16 minutes, scoring 11 points on 4-5 from the field, including 3-4 from three. Her minutes and points both set a season-high. It was easily the best performance of her junior campaign yet.
