NFL Draft is in the books and the Dallas Cowboys have made their picks. Owner Jerry Jones and his staff of coaches and scouts ended up making nine selections this offseason ... with the plan being to rely on some of the kids to help make much-needed improvements to this year's roster.

While Dallas didn't get the receiver most projections thought they would, Cowboys addressed other needs and the consensus is their draft was solid.

Before the 2025 NFL draft kicked off, pundits listed running back and wide receiver as the Dallas Cowboys’ biggest needs. Considering the direction the team actually took in the draft, some might say the Cowboys neglected those spots. National draft experts don’t seem to be bothered by Dallas’ selections.
