New warrants show that a Harnett County teenage girl who was the subject of an Amber Alert last week made plans on Instagram to meet up with one of the suspects now charged with human trafficking.

An arrest warrant shows a 15-year-old girl, who was the subject of an Amber Alert, arranged to meet one of her alleged kidnappers via hidden Instagram messages.

Authorities issued an Amber Alert on February 26. Following an intensive search, they located the teen in Dare County.
