Beong-Soo Kim has served as interim president since this past summer.

Kim, who has served as interim president since July 1, 2025, was unanimously selected by the Board of Trustees and assumed the role immediately.

As interim president, Kim launched the USC Open Dialogue Project and oversaw USC layoffs and budget reductions.
