Nintendo’s latest earnings report is out and sales of the Switch console have plummeted after the Switch 2 rumors and announcement, exactly as you’d expect. Switch sales are now projected to hit 11.0 million for the year ending March, down from 12.5 million units forecasted.

Nintendo released its latest financial results, and it makes for some somber reading but teases the potential to smash an all-time sales record for the Nintendo Switch.

Nintendo now has a landing page for Switch 2 Direct. You might not find it convenient to watch live, though. Nintendo says the stream will begin at 6 a.m. PDT on April 2. That’s 10 p.m. in Nintendo’s home market of Japan and early to mid-afternoon in Europe.
