At last, it’s time for the second group date. As a reminder, this one includes Litia, Rose, Ella, Carolina, Bailey, Dina, and Rebekah. They meet Grant at the Bellwether theater, where they’re surprised by Mario performing “Let Me Love You.”

It’s typical to see about a third of the contestants sent home on Night 1. Joey Graziadei eliminated 10 of his starting 32 in Season 28, and before him, Zach Shallcross sent 10 of 30 home. Grant Ellis started with fewer women and therefore didn’t have quite as many Night 1 goodbyes.

For our second week of Bachelor Mondays, we will find out if our Dallas nurse made it through to another week. Rebekah Garrett met the Bachelor Grant Ellis in last week’s episode. The two were not shown interacting much, but he noticed her enough to give her a rose, securing her another week of TV time.
