The Hair Palace in Richmond hosted its 4th annual back-to-school event offering free haircuts, hairstyles and school supplies to help local families prepare for the new school year.

The Trauma Healing Response Network distributed 1,000 backpacks and offered free haircuts at a back-to-school event for children at Richmond's Hickory Hill Community Center.
