Aldrich Potgieter unexpectedly withdrew during Round 3 of the John Deere Classic has shocked golf world, especially just days after his Rocket Mortgage win.

A reason was not immediately given, though Potgieter, who won last week, is in the field for next week's Genesis Scottish Open.
