Minnesota State Representative Samantha Vang reacted to the fatal shooting of a Minnesota lawmaker and her husband, as well as the wounding of a second lawmaker and his wife, on Saturday.
Minnesota state Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband were killed, and state Sen. John Hoffman and his wife were wounded in politically motivated shootings early Saturday, Gov. Tim Walz said. Authorities have also identified a suspect who is still at large.
Texas pastor and podcaster Joel Webbon, who is part of the Christian nationalist TheoBro movement, has also said he attended Christ for the Nations (though he has since denounced it as “straight up heretical”).
