Russian investigators said two people were killed and two others wounded on Friday in a Ukrainian strike on "civilian infrastructure" in the Russian-held city of Donetsk in eastern Ukraine, state news agency RIA said.

The military said that Russia has seized the facility to coordinate attacks against Ukrainian forces and civilians, especially in Kurakhove. Russia announced a full capture of Kurakhove earlier this week.

Horbunov reported on Facebook that there were no casualties or injuries. He stated that the attack was further evidence of Russia's deliberate strategy to destroy Ukraine's infrastructure.
