The call came in shortly after 1 a.m. for the partial collapse of a residential building in the 100 block of Poplar Street.
City officials ordered an emergency demolition as crews worked to stabilize the area and assess if the adjacent is safe.
We will be talking the mid, possibly even upper 50's by Saturday!
