COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - One person is dead after a freak accident at a high school track meet in Colorado Springs.

With 365 days until the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics, Colorado Springs is preparing to host several national sporting events supporting Team USA this year.
