PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday held a virtual meeting with US President Joe Biden and Japan Prime Minister Ishiba Shigeru where they all vowed to deepen ties.
President Biden granted a slew of last-minute preemptive pardons on Jan. 20, including to Dr. Anthony Fauci and members of the January 6th committee.
President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. is hopeful that the progressing relations between Manila and Washington will continue as they stand for the rule of international law. Marcos said this during a telephone call with outgoing United States Vice President Kamala Harris on Tuesday evening.
