Paige Bueckers had quite a lot to say about Clark ahead of the game. A video of both Bueckers and Clark was shown on the broadcast prior to tip-off, and it featured both stars giving each other their flowers. Bueckers opened up on her rivalry with Clark and how she believes this is only good for the game.

The first and only time Cailtin Clark and Paige Bueckers faced off at the WNBA level was on July 13. Clark led the Indiana Fever to a dominant 102-83 win over the Dallas Wings with a 14-point, 13-assist double-double, drawing first blood in what is expected to be a long and competitive rivalry between these two young stars.

The Indiana Fever have now won four straight games after defeating the Dallas Wings 88-78 on the road Friday evening.
