President Donald Trump hit back at Gov. Gavin Newsom's claims that the president did not call him recently, showing a screenshot of the call to Fox News.
Gov. Gavin Newsom blamed President Trump for intentionally inciting tensions between protesters and law enforcement and targeting hardworking immigrant families with his federal raids in Los Angeles in an address to California on Tuesday night.
After the Trump administration sent Marines and National Guard troops to Los Angeles in response to the protests against immigration enforcement, Gov. Ron DeSantis proposed adding another group to the mix: the Florida State Guard.
