Significant rainfall caused flooding in yet another state as the National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning in Massachusetts Thursday.
According to AccuWeather, residents should watch out for flooding from noon today through the evening. There will be slow moving thunderstorms that will bring heavy rain and scattered flash flooding. It includes portions of northern Connecticut and Hartford along with areas in Massachusetts.
