Tennessee's high court has ruled that a death row inmate can be executed without deactivating his implanted defibrillator.

The Tennessee Supreme Court ruled that death row prisoner, Byron Black, will be put to death regardless of whether his pacemaker is turned on or off. Dr. Jonathan Groner, a pediatric trauma surgeon, joins "Banfield" to discuss the ethics surrounding the issue.
