After Alabama football landed a commitment from Georgia five-star cornerback Jorden Edmonds, the Crimson Tide added one from Marylandn in five-star safety Jireh Edwards, who announced his pick July 5 over Oregon, Texas A&M, Georgia, Maryland and Auburn.
