The Troy-based Emagine Entertainment Inc. movie theater chain is selling to Belgian operator Kinepolis Group NV.

Kinepolis is buying the Emagine Theatres chain, including the Birch Run and Saginaw locations, for $105 million.

As part of the deal, Kinepolis Group will add 14 theaters to its portfolio, including nine Emagine locations in Michigan.
