Rochester, N.Y. — Two people face charges after a shooting led to a police chase on the city's west side Thursday. Officers reported to the area of Bartlett and Seward streets around 5:15 p.m. for a report of gunshots. Police said subsequent calls reported a male had been shot.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police say two men were shot in the area of Bartlett Street and Seward Street in Rochester. Police say at around 5:18 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to the area for the report of gunshots heard. When officers got there, they say they found a 37-year-old man and a 20-year-old man each shot once in the lower body.
Officers responded around 8:50 p.m. to Diringer Place for a ShotSpotter activation. One officer conducted a traffic stop during the investigation and found the driver, a 20-year-old Rochester man, had been shot in the lower body. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where his condition is unknown.
