Portland police arrest protester during ICE demonstration

On Friday evening, the Portland Police Bureau (PPB) monitored a protest near the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) building in South Portland and arrested one person. Around 10:15 p.m., officers arrested Andrew Simmons, 39, of Portland, after he allegedly pushed a bike officer.
