The NFL playoff picture continues to take shape in Week 17, with the last two playoff spots available to be clinched as soon as Dec. 28. The AFC North and NFC South division winners are the last two unclaimed spots in the NFL playoffs, and both will be decided in Week 18.

The Buffalo Bills went for the win with a two-point conversion attempt but Josh Allen's pass was incomplete and the Philadelphia Eagles held on for a 13-12 victory. Buffalo's loss handed the AFC East title to the New England Patriots, ending the Bills' streak of five straight division championships.

The Patriots became the fourth team to clinch a division title, the Browns kept the Ravens alive and the 49ers moved closer toward a No. 1 seed.

Going into the final week of the NFL regular season, one playoff spot is still undecided in each conference and four divisions are still undecided. That leaves a lot to be sorted out in Week 18, including the all-too-important seeding that could determine which teams have to hit the road each round of the playoffs.

Heading into Week 16, only two playoff spots had been clinched in the NFL, but that number has now shot up to 10, which means there are still four spots up for grabs as the season heads into Week 17. On top of that, there's also a wide-open race to clinch the No. 1 overall seed in both the NFC and AFC.
