Doomsday is shaping up to be the biggest cinematic event of the year - which is a pretty insane thing to say considering that Spider-Man: Brand New Day has surpassed $2.2 billion in just a few weeks this summer and the studio is gearing up for the heavily-anticipated re-release of 2019's Avengers: Endgame (aptly titled Avengers Endgame: Encore).
