Las Vegas Raiders superstar Maxx Crosby broke his silence on Antonio Pierce's firing and his future with the team during an episode of his podcast on Wednesday.

During a recent appearance on the Let's Go! podcast with Peter King and Jim Gray, superstar defensive end Maxx Crosby spoke about the direction of the franchise and why he thinks the Raiders have a bright future despite a disappointing season in 2024.

Following the 2023 season, defensive end Maxx Crosby was one of the most vocal supporters of Antonio Pierce to get the full-time Las Vegas Raiders head coaching job. He got his wish as the team promoted the coach but decided to go in a different direction this offseason and fired the coach.
