The Washington State Patrol has cancelled an AMBER Alert after a 14-year-old girl was found on Saturday afternoon.

An AMBER Alert has been issued for 14-year-old Cheyanna Howell, last seen leaving Bellingham with another individual.

Cheyanna Howell left Bellingham around 2 a.m. Saturday with another individual, according to the alert. She may be wearing a pink camouflage zip-up sweatshirt, red pants and carrying a gray backpack, the alert states. She wears glasses.
