Former ESPN broadcaster Keith Olbermann called on his former employer to fire Pat McAfee over his remarks about Canada. McAfee blasted Canadians for booing the U.S. anthem.

Olbermann called McAfee an “idiot” who should be fired over his outburst — when he called Canada a “terrible country” — while color commentating for WWE’s “Elimination Chamber” in Toronto on Saturday. McAfee chastised Canadian fans during the broadcast after “very loud” boos rang down during the U.S. national anthem at Rogers Centre.

Former SportsCenter co-host Keith Olbermann was not amused by the recent comments from Pat McAfee regarding Canadians booing the United States national anthem. In fact, he believes that ESPN should take serious action against the analyst.
