Live Shows kick off with the first batch of 11 competing Acts going head-to-head in the Quarterfinals. One will be awarded a Live Golden Buzzer, sending them straight through to the Finals; the rest will vie for America's votes when voting opens at the top of the show, which starts at 8 p.m. and ends at 10 p.m. ET.

AGT celebrates 20 years of unforgettable talent, iconic viral moments and global impact in a new episode of "America's Got Talent" airing on Tuesday, August 12.

Next week, the competition will continue with the first round of Quarterfinals. There will also be a results show added to the schedule on Wednesdays, which will air for an hour at 8 p.m. After four weeks of Quarterfinals, during which 16 contestants will be selected to move on, the Semifinals begin.
