Before the 2025 NFL draft kicked off, pundits listed running back and wide receiver as the Dallas Cowboys’ biggest needs. Considering the direction the team actually took in the draft, some might say the Cowboys neglected those spots. National draft experts don’t seem to be bothered by Dallas’ selections.

He even mentioned Jonathan Mingo, who was acquired in a trade ahead of the deadline last season.Thankfully, the conversation didn't end there. Jones said the team will explore adding a veteran at the position.

The Dallas Cowboys concluded the 2025 NFL Draft with six selections on Saturday, bringing their total to nine players chosen over the three-day event.
