To the best of our knowledge this is a safe urban residential area, especially in the day time. At the outer edges of the Old Louisville area there are mixed use areas with multi family buildings. Some of those areas were not as well kept as the large homes at the heart of the area. We drove the area in our own car and felt very safe. We saw a number of people walking.
